Come down to the Tamworth Skate Park on Friday October 10th between 11:00am to 4:00pm to celebrate National headspace Day with us!

we will have local services with stalls, activities, freebies, treats and more!

we will have the local Matt Barratt Music performing live for the event!

watch this space as we announce more along the way!!!!

This year's theme is "Make Space to" which can be explained by stating that Mental health has been identified as a key priority for young people. We want to help them understand that mental wellbeing isn't about adding more to your life. It's about making room for what matters.

Here for you if you need us ... the centre has many services available to young people aged 12-25 including Mental Health, Gp, Nurse, Employment Services, Dietitian, Alcohol and Other Drug services, Money Management, Groups.

Please phone us on 67 62 92 90 to make an appointment the centre is open from 8.45 am each morning weekdays only.
