Amelia is an APA Titled Musculoskeletal and Sports and Exercise Physiotherapist.
Amelia offers advanced, hands on, evidence based Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapy from her Clinic in Upper Mt Gravatt. She also offers one on one and small group clinical exercise sessions incorporating Pilates-inspired exercises into a rehabilitation program. Amelia graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from University of Queensland in 2002 and has over 15 years experience in both hospital and private practice both in Australia and in the UK. Since then she has completed her postgraduate qualifications through Griffith University attaining a Masters of Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapy in 2014. Amelia is both a titled APA Sports and Exercise and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist and a member of the Australian College of Physiotherapists. Additionally Amelia has undertaken her Pilates training at the Pilates Institute of Queensland. Amelia has worked as a course educator to other physiotherapists, exercise physiotherapists and fitness instructors and she also involved in teaching musculoskeletal physiotherapy to undergraduate physiotherapy students at Australian Catholic University.
