future appointments & payments run as smooth as possible & all guests enjoy their experience equally

•Booking Treatments in an organised manner
& in advance is always advised, so you can secure the most convenient time & availability for your needs. Saturday's particularly are snapped up quickly, nearly 12months in advance (wow!)

•When on the website click the
'Make a booking' link & it will always direct
you to the most current & newly restructured 2025 Treatment Menu & information, you can use this to book & reschedule your own appointments easily

•Treatment confirmations are sent via text message the day you make your appointments

•Treatment reminders are sent via text message 72hrs prior to your appointment. Please respond with Yes.
Or you can reschedule online to a future
day that suits to avoid the 50% cancellation
fee (under 48hrs)

•Deposits/booking fees are required for securing your appointments, these are not refundable

•Treatments & packages under $300 will require a $25 deposit when booking online

•Treatments options $300 & over will require
a $50 deposit when booking online

•Treatment Series subscriptions are a fantastic option for regular clients

•Massage & Infrared Sauna treatments are best booked every 4-6 weeks for general rest, recovery
& relaxation. Both Massage & the Infrared Sauna can also be booked every 1-2 weeks if you are participating in intense exercise/gym workouts,
have an ongoing pain issue, or stressful condition needing management

•Skin Therapy such as Enzyme Facials,
Skin Needling, Bio needling or Corrective Peels
are most beneficial every 4-6weeks.
Daily homecare between treatments is a must.
You can top up your Cosmeceutical Skincare products, Skin supplements & Micro needling
kits as needed, anytime

A series of Facials every 2 weeks will be recommended for guests needing assistance with chronic skin conditions such a Acne, until the issue is resolved & then a maintenance plan of every 6 weeks. Please note that a recommendation to see

Liquid Bio needling treatments?

PRIOR to Bio Needling~

•The daily use of your Cosmeceutical Skincare, specialised serums & SPF suncare

•7 days prior, cease actives such as Retinol, Retinal, AHA'S & BHA's

•At least 1 Enzyme Therapy Facial for a thorough assessment of your skin's health
& time to address any gaps in your skincare routine & treat most minor skin concerns (extractions of milia etc)

•Choose an appropriate time for your upcoming Bio Needling treatment so you can rest afterwards

DURING Bio Needling ~

•Freshwater sponge spicules work quickly to pe*****te the epidermal & dermal layers of your skin, creating millions of channels that accelerate the body's natural healing process. This healing cascade promotes & increases the production of new collagen & elastin

•A warming exfoliation sensation can be felt while your therapist gently massages the spicules & hyrating serums into your skin with her fingertips

•Skin flushing will appear during your treatment, this is expected & normal due to increased micro circulation
