With a menu celebrating locally sourced ingredients from ‘between the borders’ in NSW .sydney in the newly opened Sydney highlights dishes that reflect changing seasons & regions.

Highly recommend the Kangaroo Cheeseburger from the bar menu, Grilled Australian Lobster, Mafaldine Pasta, Pork and for dessert, we couldn’t go past the Banoffee 🫶🏼

It’s a welcoming & vibrant space. We enjoyed the separation of spaces as you moved from the bar, restaurant and perhaps to the dessert bar if that floats your boat.

It’s pure grandeur at the newly opened .dining at . With a hyper seasonal menu that honours Australia’s best ingredients, it truly was a magical dining experience and perfect for a special occasion!

was one of the first restaurants I visited when I moved to Melbourne five years ago so to see it still busy and constantly trying to push the boundaries makes me so happy! They invited us back in to be one of the first to try their new sushi/sashimi platter and it was incredible. There was even an bowl made out of ice holding some of the sashimi! There’s a bunch of other new dishes and cocktails so it’d be safe to say it’s time for a revisit!
