Resistance Band Workout 💪
12 whole body exercises you can do at home if you have some bands!

I used 2 bands a thicker band to add more resistance for my compound exercises and a thinner band for my Shoulder raises.
~
I definitely felt my muscles work and it got my heart rate up as well. Enjoy 😃

We will rebuild 💪🌎
Thank you to my clients and friends for your love and support already!
It’s devastating to our whole nation and seeing so many people affected sucks!
But this needs to be done if we can get rid of this virus 👊 and that we will 💪
I will work out some alternative training and fitness coaching in the coming days whilst I sort a few things out!

Tracey at 50 years young competed yesterday in her first Sports Model competition at the ICN Rising Star Rookie Show!

I’ve known Tracey for a very long time and she has always trained hard in the gym and has a never give up attitude! Last year she wanted the challenge of competing, so we worked on building her physique and then getting her ready for stage.
~
I couldn’t be prouder of Tracey! Especially seeing these past few months her self belief and confidence improving and knowing she can do what ever she wants if she puts her mind to it!
~
What’s next? Reverse diet starts today, as well as a deload week and then we start building again 💪
~

Today I thought I’d share some fun facts and truth bombs (NO BS) about health and fitness and how to loose body fat!
~
You cannot and will not loose body fat without creating a Calorie Deficit! You must consume fewer calories then what you are burning!
~
🥔 Carbs won’t make you fat!
Consuming too many calories makes you fat!
🏃🏼‍♀️ Fasted Cardio doesn’t burn more fat!
If you like it then do it! I’d prefer the extra 😴
⚡️Fat burners won’t reduce body fat!
A calorie deficit will reduce body fat!
🏋️‍♂️ Lifting weight won’t make you bulky!
Lifting weights will aid in fat loss!
💊 Theres no magic pill or magic fat loss food!
Consistency is the key! Eat right & train right!
🍵 Skinny teas make you loose weight!
NO Skinny teas are a load of crap! Literally!
⏰ Dieting isn’t just a Monday-Friday thing!
Weekends matter! Go into a surplus and your weight will increase!
💪 Results! Takes time, patience, consistency and hard work! Don’t expect results to happen straight away and always celebrate the small wins!
