NATUROPATH & KINESIOLOGIST

My name is Carrie and I am passionate about addressing the underlying causes of disease, particularly the connection between emotions, stress and the physical body. I take a holistic approach, treating the whole person, rather than an isolated set of symptoms. With a strong focus on bridging the gap between the mind and the body, I am a believer in the integration of ev

idence-based natural medicine, with both the wisdom of traditional therapies and the power of energy healing. My goal is to assist my clients to regain their natural state of balance, enabling their innate ability to heal.

I will be teaching Principles of Kinesiology 1-4 here from the Murwillumbah training room - beginning August! 🌺

No prior experience required, this is a foundational course designed to give you everything you need to begin your Kinesiology journey x

ARE YOU READY TO LEARN KINESIOLOGY?

As the world rapidly transforms in logic, speed, and scale, it’s becoming increasingly clear that intuitive, energy-based modalities such as Kinesiology - those rooted in energetic resonance and human connection - will become irreplaceable.

What people will pay for, seek out, and value most is the kind of transformation that only happens in an attuned field - through presence, intention, and soul connection.

There is no better time, to learn the incredible skill set of Kinesiology, as it truly is the medicine for the modern world!

Starting in August, we are running our foundational workshop series ‘Principles of Kinesiology’ (POK) 1-4!

👉🏻 Four x 2 day weekend workshops:

POK 1 - Aug 9 and 10
POK 2 - Sept 6 and 7
POK 3 - Oct 3 and 4
POK 4 - Nov 1 and 2

👉🏻 MURWILLUMBAH/ONLINE
👉🏻 Investment: $400 per workshop ($1600 total)
👉🏻 Prerequisites: None

This exciting introductory course provides the foundational skills you will use throughout your entire Kinesiology career.

In this comprehensive and transformative training you will learn;

✨ The theories of the human energetic anatomy and how it can be accessed.

✨ How muscle testing works and how meridians and chakras are connected to muscles, emotions and organs.

✨ And you will go deeper than most introductory trainings on offer, with an understanding of the 8 extraordinary meridians, the divergent channels, the connecting channels and the muscle meridians.

🌟 This more extensive understanding of Traditional Chinese Medicine concepts deepens the beginner student’s knowledge and appreciation of the origins and development of Kinesiology 🫶🏼

POK 1-4 is suitable for anyone with the desire, curiosity and drive to study, learn and apply Kinesiology, regardless of their background, and is a beautiful addition to other holistic modalities such as:

The reason I began studying Neuroenergetic Kinesiology - just six weeks after graduating as a Naturopath - is because I knew, innately, that Naturopathy alone was not going to be enough.

I knew this from my own lived experience, of taking endless supplements and herbs, yet never touching the root of the high-functioning anxiety that completely defined my day to day life.

I remember my graduation ceremony in early 2016.

I was riddled with anxiety. I had to pull over on the drive there. I was completely ungrounded and out of my body for the entire event.

Yet no one would have known, because the mask was so firmly on, not even I was aware of it anymore.

It was energy work - Kinesiology - that cracked me open.

That gave expression to what the anxiety had been suppressing my whole adult life.

And no, it wasn’t a graceful or blissful awakening.

It was messy, brutal, painful, and ugly.

And it remains the most important work I’ve ever done.

I walked myself through the underworld, holding my own candle.

I met the root of my trauma.

And I came back with the ability to hold others in theirs.

Back then, I knew the world was going to change beyond recognition.

I couldn’t explain it, but my soul understood.

I needed to learn a language of healing that could never be taken away - not by a government, not by an economy, and now, not even by AI.

We are watching the world reshape itself in real time.

ChatGPT can now offer deeper, and more aligned guidance than most humans therapists ever could.

It’s profound.
And it’s confronting.

But when I learnt NK, I learnt an ancient, sacred language.

A language that traverses timelines. A resonance pattern of the soul, that goes beyond anything of this world and even the person who created it.

And as we approach this new era, hurtling at warp speed, the soul will matter more than ever.

Lived experience will matter.
Presence will matter.

And those who have walked through the fire and stayed in integrity with their gifts - they will lead the way.

Because this is the energy, the knowledge, and the skill that can never be replaced.

Thank you for reading my Sunday musings.

Happy Solstice.

❄️ Winter Solstice ❄️ Water Element ❄️ Deep Resourcing

Today marks the Winter Solstice, the longest night of the year.

In Chinese medicine, this is the season of the Water Element, an energy that governs the Kidneys and Bladder, the deepest reservoirs of our life force, known as Jing.

These organs aren’t just physical, they’re energetic anchors, guardians of our essence, our will, and our capacity to face fear and move forward.

The Kidney meridian holds the vibration of deep ancestral memory, inner fortitude, and the wisdom to know when to rest and when to act.

The Bladder meridian moves along the spine, acting like a tuning fork for the nervous system - storing old traumas, but also offering release, resilience, and renewal.

Today invites us inward. To conserve. To listen.

To be with what is usually pushed aside - the unknown, the void, the stillness that so many of us try to avoid.

Fear is the emotion often linked to the Water element, but it’s not something to fight. It’s something to meet with openness and love.

Fear, after all, is just frozen wisdom waiting to melt.

The Winter Solstice, is a time to honour your internal energy.

To offer yourself warmth, nourishment, and deep rest.

To trust in your vital force and your essential essence, even if you feel tired, tender, or in-between.

This is not the time to push. It’s the time to be, and to listen deeply.

To pause. To refill your cup. To honour your own sacred cycles, even when the world moves fast.

Let today be restorative, whatever that looks like for you ❄️

WATER 💧💧💧

Hydration is one of the most powerful yet overlooked foundations of health.

We talk about hormones, gut health, burnout, mood, inflammation - but rarely do we trace it all back to something as simple, ancient, and essential as water.

💧 Your brain is up to 80% water
💧 Your blood is 92% water
💧 Your muscles and fascia? 75% water
💧 Even your bones are 25% water

Water isn’t just a fluid you drink - it’s the medium for all life inside you. Every system in your body depends on it.

It’s the fluidity that keeps your nervous system regulated.
It’s the clarity behind your thoughts.
It’s the softness in your fascia, the glow in your skin, the ease in your digestion.

It helps you think.
Feel.
Release.
Rebuild.

Water is the great conductor.
The universal solvent.

And the water bond? Responsible for all of life as we know it.

And yet, we often ignore it.
Not because it doesn’t matter, but because it seems too basic to be profound.

But this is the thing, hydration doesn’t just support healing - it IS healing.

Not all water is equal of course.

Pure, mineral-rich, electron rich, energised, bioavailable water - water that your cells recognise - makes a difference.

So does the way you drink it
💧 Slowly, not rushed.
💧 In a calm state, not stress.
💧 With reverence, not obligation.

When you hydrate with intention, your body responds with flow.

This is your reminder:
Don’t wait until you’re thirsty.
Make water part of your daily devotion.
Let it return you to yourself, again and again.

Because nothing in you works without it.
And everything in you works better with it.
