Mindful Physiotherapy utilises a holistic approach which can assist with reduction or elimination of pain, through guided mindfulness based movement techniques and a unique educational program, based on the principles of neuroplasticity. Vaishali is a registered physiotherapist with nearly 20 years’ experience in the field of occupational rehabilitation, concentrating in the area of injury management and holistic wellbeing. Mindful Physiotherapy was born out of Vaishali’s own healing journey from disabling neck and back injuries using mindfulness based techniques, thus eliminating the need for medications, traditional and alternative therapies. Vaishali has studied various meditation and mindfulness based techniques, including the Feldenkrais Method to provide a unique and holistic service offering aimed at empowering the individual in their healing journey. Genuinely caring for her clients’ health and wellbeing, Vaishali encourages the individual to self-manage their condition and lead full meaningful lives.
