The learning of Ayurveda can never be complete in one’s lifetime. The more you learn the wiser and expert you become in that field. Ayurveda is an ancient practice that enriches the body, mind and soul. It is not just a discipline to study but a way of life.

Keeping in mind this vision, Bringelli natural Therapies collaborate with Sunshine Ayurveda to host this Ayurvedic Training Programs to cater to the specific requirements of the individual.

This course is designed for anyone who is seeking a holistic path to well-being and balance. The motto of Ayurvedic medicine is “You are your own doctor” and by the end of this course, you will be qualified to be your own doctor.
