A new Portable Long Service Leave Scheme for workers in the Community Services sector in NSW is starting July 1st, 2025.

Workers can now accrue up to 6 weeks of long service leave after 7 years of service, even if they have worked for multiple employers.

Christopher, a long-time Sydney resident, recently made the courageous choice to move to to be nearer to his mum.

This wasn't just a simple move; it required meticulous planning and seamless coordination with his dedicated therapeutic team. Thanks to this collaborative effort, we were delighted to welcome Christopher to his new (SIL) property in Dubbo.
