When was the last time you physically stopped to look around?

To take in your surroundings.

Do you allow the cooler weather to stop you?

Stop you from doing what you enjoy. The things that light you up, the things that relax you.

I use to, until I realised how supportive the cooler weather can be to your health, clarity and mood.

I would go for a swim in the cold ocean, just as I did today. Was it comfortable no, did I enjoy it no. However I enjoyed the feeling after my swim.

My weary feeling went away.
Felt more alive.
Overall, no matter what the temperature of the ocean, I know it's very supportive to my body.

Do you start your day full of energy?

It's a common thing I hear from clients that they wake up tired, all the time and they don't know why.

Can you relate to this?

I know I use to many years ago. It can be a very frustrating way to start your day, before your feet even touch the ground.

The first thing I did was look at the cause. Why was this happening, what was missing from by day, night, life. Overall there was something out of whack.

It wasn't as complicated as I thought it would be, to improve this sensation when I woke. After a couple of tweaks and I was as good as gold.

Morning full of connecting with myself and other likeminded beautiful soul.

Committed to unconditional growth, exploration, adventure and living life to the fullest.

It took years for me to start living my life the way I wanted to.

With more work life balance. Spending my spare time with people who are so much fun to be around. Who are inspirational and people who I call my friends. You catch up without judgement, supporting each other through the good and not so good times. You know what each other are thinking, without talking.

There have certainly been many thrown your way.

Something I learnt many years ago, is the food you eat has a lot to do with your mood and how well you travel.

This facial expression says it all.

After being quite immobile for 6 weeks, I noticed:

Brain fog
Irritability
Confusion
Poor sleep
Lack of motivation

All disappeared after my first full walk.

During this time I realised how much I took for granted having such an amazing walking environment at my doorstep. That I was not using much before my injury.
