We typically think of motion as physical movement. However, this week focuses on reframing motion as a shift in mindset.

In South East Asian countries, there are significant workplace cultural barriers employees face when addressing their mental health. The article offers an eye-opening statistic that “nearly 90% of Singaporean workers say they would avoid seeking mental health support at work for fear of being judged”.
