From 2 September 2025, AHPRA and TGA are enforcing new, more rigorous advertising standards for non-surgical cosmetic procedures. These will prohibit branding, testimonials, influencer endorsements, before-and-after imagery (except when strictly educational and unaltered), AI-generated content, inducements, and any form of targeting minors. Compliance also requires full risk disclosure, accurate registrant details, and appropriate cooling-off periods.
