One of the joys of being a grandma is watching the grandchildren be creative. As adults sometimes we are afraid to be creative because of what others may think of us, or our creation. Being creative should be doing what makes us happy or enjoy. I love the magazine .diary it is inspirational, creative and fun. As Daphne says “Creativity is about letting go” Challenge yourself this week to find what inspires you and create your masterpiece.

So if you want to change your actions, start by changing your thoughts.

✨ Pause and ask yourself:

Do I need this right now — or do I just want it?

What triggered this thought?

What happened today that might be influencing me?

Is this thought based in truth — or emotion?

Will acting on this thought help me grow, or hold me back?

What would my future self thank me for doing right now?

🧠 You are not your thoughts.
You are the awareness behind them.
You have the power to shift them.

Create space for reflection:
🔎 Focus
🧘‍♂️ Meditate
📝 Journal
🙏 Pray
🔁 Repeat affirmations
🧩 Build daily habits
These practices lead to powerful self-awareness and better decisions.

Remember:
ACT – Acknowledge your thoughts
COMMIT – to yourself and your goals
TIME – Be patient and kind with your process
