I was scared that I wouldn’t be able to keep doing the things I love once I have kids.
For us, as a couple, we have the same passions and did everything together.

It’s been an adjustment to find a way to look after the girls and keep doing what we love, often one has to stay home while the other one goes out.

So as much as we can we take the girls with us, especially to running events.
The come to Parkrun, running events start, training sessions (having a good running pram made a big difference!) aid stations, and they seem to love it!
And this way they become part of our running community, and who knows, they might start kids events one day 😊

The poatpartum journey after twins wasn’t what I except!

The baby weight didn’t fall off…

Breastfeeding twins didn’t melt the excess body fat…

I had a c-section, and didn’t bounce back…

I couldn’t work out for months simply because I was too heavy and returning to running felt so sloooow…

And despite being a weight loss coach and knowing how to get results, seeing my weight going up in the first 6 months instead of going down was disempowering.

Yes I felt lost, unhappy, I hated the reflection in the mirror, I had lost my confidence, my happiness and I couldn’t imagine how to get back to my pre-twins self.

And one day, at the 6 months postpartum mark, I decided it was time to make a change!

I got back to what I knew work every time! Joining our online transformation challenges!

It gave me a short deadline to aim at, a small goal to achieve, it gave me a sense of control and that I was taking charge to change things.

And without surprise, it worked! I lost 20kg in 6 months, I’m now back in some of my pre-pregnancy clothes and I got all the extra benefits: my fitness is getting better, I’m a lot happier, I got my confidence and self esteem back! And that is priceless!!

Life lately with 22 months old twins! 💜💚

Toddlerhood is a beautiful age, watching them discovering the world, being amazed by how much energy, joy and excitement each moment of the day brings… it’s very special! ✨

It can be really difficult too when both need you and they don’t want to share their mum, fight to get in your arms and don’t understand why they have to wait. Those big emotions and tantrums are really big and make my heart hurt and feel so helpless. 💔

I love how they care for each other! They feed each other, dance together, chase each other laughing (most of the times !) and always look for one another 💕

I’m learning too!! Learning how to teach them life, how to be a positive and inspiring model for them.
I make sure my phone is away when we’re together, I switched from exercising when they sleep to exercising with them to plant the seeds of an healthy active lifestyle 💪
And instead of doing everything on my own, I’ll show and explain everything I do, from cleaning up, cooking, packing/unpacking the dishwasher, watering the plants.

I’m so impressed by how much and how quickly they can learn!

⚠️ Only one thing that’s still work in progress, it’s not to grab and pull the cat by the tail 😬🫣 🐈 and being gentle with Bella. Luckily she is very patient and must love the girls lile her babies to tolerate all they do to her 😅

And… raising them bilingual, mum being the French ambassador of the house 🇫🇷 we’ll find out years down the track how that’s going!

That’s a snapshot of our life right now. It sounds clear and beautiful written down, but add some chaos, mess, giggles, laugh, cuddles and tears and that’ll be closer to the reality!

You don’t need a gym.

You don’t need to eat less or skip meals to lose weight 👇

Instead, you need the RIGHT food balance and regular meals.

Here’s how:

1️⃣ Add more vegetables and salads to your meals & snacks.
✨ Bonus tip: Add the vegetables/salads FIRST on your plate to fill it with low-calorie, high-fiber foods.

2️⃣ Reduce the quantity of carbs and choose wholemeal options when possible.
Think: sweet potatoes, brown rice, wholemeal/sourdough/rye bread.

3️⃣ Eat your meals every 5–6 hours with a healthy protein snack in between.
✨ Bonus tip: Have your healthy breakfast as soon as possible after waking to kickstart your metabolism.

4️⃣ For long-term results, eat the food you love — just make it a little healthier with more vegetables and less refined carbs.

Weight loss doesn’t have to mean restriction.
It means balance, consistency and smart swaps — especially as a busy mum 💛

I’ve lost 8kg & transformed my life, join me on the journey!

I have always struggled with my weight, even as a kid. I was bullied, rejected, had zero confidence and self-esteem. I was very unfit, fat and hated exercising. Later I tried to lose weight by cutting down food, counting calories, exercising but without success. My weight would yo-yo, and I would put all the weight lost back on with some extra.

It’s only at 29 that I came across a nutrition program from Herbalife Nutrition and decided to try it. To be honest, I was very sceptical, I didn’t believe it would work because I love food so much. However I was desperate to lose weight and finally got started. One of the best decisions of my life!

The results were amazing! * My energy lifted, my skin cleared up for the first time, my cravings and bloating disappeared and ... I lost 8kg, completely reshaped, maintained it since and I feel fantastic every day. It’s been the easiest thing I’ve tried to lose weight, I never had any frustration and I can still enjoy the food I love (being from France, I love wine, cheese and bread). I’m no longer obsessed with food, about what to eat or when to eat. I love how easy it is to follow the plan while being on holidays, working away, doing FIFO work. It’s SO EASY!

And the best: I had so much energy that I started running for fun, loving it and ended up completing multiple marathons and ultra marathons*. When you fuel your body with the right nutrition, you can achieve so much!
