I am a mum, a wife, a friend, a runner… and a coach.

And as a coach, we get to be trained to become better versions of ourselves, to improve our personal lives, our family lives, our businesses and help others on their journey.

This weekend is our Leadership Development Weekend in Adelaide, - Day 1 🎉

The lessoms from today were key:

• We only have one shot at this gig called LIFE. And we don’t know how many days we’ve got left.

💥 Busy twin mum hack: This is how I eat healthy without the stress 💚👶👶

No fancy recipes. No hours in the kitchen. Just simple, nourishing meals that fuel my body, give me energy — and help me stay in control of my weight.

These are real meals I throw together in one big pan while juggling life with twins 🙃
✅ Tofu, baby spinach, broccoli, cauliflower
✅ Pasta or rice for healthy carbs
✅ A handful of nuts or avocado for healthy fats

I’ve lost 8kg & transformed my life, join me on the journey!

I have always struggled with my weight, even as a kid. I was bullied, rejected, had zero confidence and self-esteem. I was very unfit, fat and hated exercising. Later I tried to lose weight by cutting down food, counting calories, exercising but without success. My weight would yo-yo, and I would put all the weight lost back on with some extra.

It’s only at 29 that I came across a nutrition program from Herbalife Nutrition and decided to try it. To be honest, I was very sceptical, I didn’t believe it would work because I love food so much. However I was desperate to lose weight and finally got started. One of the best decisions of my life!

The results were amazing! * My energy lifted, my skin cleared up for the first time, my cravings and bloating disappeared and ... I lost 8kg, completely reshaped, maintained it since and I feel fantastic every day. It’s been the easiest thing I’ve tried to lose weight, I never had any frustration and I can still enjoy the food I love (being from France, I love wine, cheese and bread). I’m no longer obsessed with food, about what to eat or when to eat. I love how easy it is to follow the plan while being on holidays, working away, doing FIFO work. It’s SO EASY!

And the best: I had so much energy that I started running for fun, loving it and ended up completing multiple marathons and ultra marathons*. When you fuel your body with the right nutrition, you can achieve so much!
