✨️✨️MESSAGE FOR END OF YEAR✨️✨️

"AMPLIFY YOUR POSITIVE EMOTIONS"

New years eve is a great time to reflect on the events you have been through over the year. Yes there will be negative, but there is also a lot of positive. Instead of focusing and fixating on the bad, why not change your perspective and wonder, how did the negative actually make a positive impact on me?

Maybe you didn't get the job you wanted, but did it steer you into the direction of a better occupation or something you had never considered before?

Did you have a break up in a relationship, but then find that the person you were destined to meet came directly after that intense emotional period?

When you amplify your positive emotions and always look for the good in a bad situation, what is aligned for you will always find you. No need to chase, no need to worry, it will happily flow to you.

🧚‍♀️SKILLS: It's time to learn some new skills - study a course or start a new hobby.
Now is the perfect time to learn a new skill, the weather is getting colder here in Australia and we tend to be indoors more than we would like. So why not use this time to level up your skills? We can always learn more, no one is ever done learning. Having skills in your "toolbox" is what can help us feel successful and whole in our life journey.

Take time to reflect on what you have learned in your life too. Be proud of the "red flags" you have avoided and the wonderful new things you have experienced. Life is about adventure and enjoyable moments.

Let mother nature take the pressure off, whether it's going for a walk in the garden being grounded by what you touch, or heading off to the beach and letting the salty sea air blast your aura of negative energies.
