In light of recent events, the need for Volunteers, is greater than ever. But never more so than in a crisis. When things go wrong, who can we call on for temporary support? This is why we're gathering and training a network of volunteers who are called upon, only in the instance of a natural disaster. We need all types of people, from skilled workers to retirees who can offer a listening ear. Please share with your friends and family, and sign up via the QR code below or visit https://www.communityculture.org.au/volunteer-culture

Today, our clients from Blue Mountains and Penrith had a wonderful day at the Animal Welfare League NSW in Kemps Creek. They cherished moments cuddling adorable kittens, playful bunny rabbits, and receiving affection from a dog in the renowned Dog House, as seen on Dog House Australia . Following a guided tour of the premises, one of our client from Penrith captured a lovely picture with Sam, the Shelter Manager. Afterwards, they enjoyed a scrumptious lunch at the Blue Cattle Dog Hotel in St Clair.

Today, the weather was exquisite as our clients from the Blacktown Area 2 and 3 explored the wonders of Wildwood Garden and gift shop in Bilpin. They delighted in the lush scenery and breathtaking vistas from the cafe veranda, while enjoying homemade quiche or lasagna accompanied by fresh salad. For dessert, they indulged in scrumptious apple pie or apple cake served with creamy ice cream. It was indeed a splendid outing in Bilpin, Blue Mountains.
