There are so many warm inviting spaces in this special home to relax and unwind and this is exactly what we want you to do whilst enjoying our Scented Sunday Retreat, July 23

We will welcome you with a cup of herbal tea or freshly brewed coffee and allow time for some mingling with new friends before making our way across the sand dunes for a mindful walk along the cliffs of Bridgewater Bay.

On return to House we will gather around the open fire whilst learning the art of blending with essential oils.

A lunch of fresh local produce will be followed by an afternoon of playing, experimenting and creating your own signature scent.

Our day will close with learning how to include simple scented rituals into your daily life followed by a heart felt meditation.

Leave in a state of zen with your own signature scent that you will use for years to come.

It is 6 years this month since I created this little business called nunchi oils.

To be honest sometimes I feel like walking away and then in some way the universe hears my thoughts and I will receive a beautiful message from someone to let me know how my sprays have become a part of their everyday as a mindful ritual.

When I hear this I know I am on the right path and it gives me the inspiration to keep going, to keep learning and to keep aiming to make my products something beautiful and therapeutic.

I always love to collaborate with like minded people in ways that challenge me and can bring a unique element to nunchi.

Recently I have chosen to share what I have learned over these 6 years and throughout my life’s journey via workshops as a new and fun offering.

I would never have had the confidence to do this without the support and encouragement of .co and the community that’s is

I read that Sarah when planning her first workshop was extremely unsure and nervous. This made me think, sometimes we just need to take the step and see what happens.

Thank you to all of you who follow along with my messages of mindfulness and how to bring simple scented rituals into your daily life. You are what keeps me going.

Do you have a sit spot?

I love this idea of finding a regular ‘sit spot’ in nature to quietly observe with all our senses. If we chose a regular place we can gain a deeper connection and understanding of the changing patterns of the local flora and fauna.

We can also take this time to bring our awareness inwards for a peaceful moment in meditation.

It may be winter and tempting to stay indoors but it’s also much easier to find a special, peaceful place that is just yours for these moments in time.
