I did have to leave the mushrooms out of the main dish (kids). The whole time thinking “don’t forget the mushrooms”. Half way through eating dinner and guess what i remember!

Followed my fav mash recipe (no fail mash) and steamed vege in the varoma while it cooked - I like crunchy vege.

Could have made the plate look a bit tidier but I was hungry 🤭

Earlier this month the Thermomix® leaders travelled to the Gold Coast for a whirl wind trip that was FUN, inspiring, memorable and tiring.

While there, I was lucky enough to be acknowledged for two recent milestones:
💚Club 500 (can’t believe I’ve supported 500 new customers 🤩)
💚top 10 in Australia/NZ in 2025 for inspiring others to join our adventure. No brainer really - it’s freakn awesome!

I was in charge of making the cookies with the starter discard. And nailed it!!! Love that there’s a whole collection on Cookidoo® for using up your discard!!!

My Journey

Funny story... my husband certainly did not marry me for my cooking abilities!!! He’s the cook in the family (well he used to be) and it was actually him who wanted a Thermomix! For three years I put him off, until one day I attended a cooking experience to ‘see what it this machine was all about’. Well, it was love at first sight! And that love continues to grow and grow - just by following the steps on the screen I am producing restaurant quality meals and I still can’t believe it!!!

We moved to Perth shortly after I purchased my Thermomix. I had two small children at the time (5, 2) and the thought of returning back to work, with a husband who travelled a lot, scared me. But the thought of sharing a product that I believed could help people (to improve their health and save time) didn’t, so I joined as a consultant, in a city where I knew no one. That was in 2017 and I am proud to say that I have changed close to 150 peoples lives by introducing them to the Thermomix.

I continue to learn about food, cooking and my Thermomix every day. With this page I hope to inspire others to cook quick, healthy meals for their family just as I have learned to do.
