Mongolian Beef Noodles (also on Cookidoo). Omg it literally tastes like Chinese takeaway. The meat is so tender and it was all made in one pot for limited dishes 💚

Tonight I had the absolute pleasure of being part of a Skinnymixers cooking class that some of our consultants earned a spot at.

It was fun working back of house (doing dishes) for a change, and having an ear on what was going on.

Nik is an absolute legend. So genuine and down to earth, just a really cool chic!

She’s here running four more (sold out) customer classes this week. Hope some of you managed to grab a ticket!!!

Thought I’d give it a crack while dinner was cooking last night.

Not from Cookidoo® so did take a bit more concentration but well worth it. I just used seeds so could be school friendly. And reduced the sugar as honey and choc chips are sweet enough 💖

I’d love love love more ideas for healthy(ish) snacks if you have them.

Not sure if I’ve shared but I’m off to our annual Thermomix® conference soon so I’m being a bit better with my eating habits for the next few weeks.

I love love loved doing the ThermoFit challenge last year so thought I’d revisit some of those recipes.

I don’t even like cauliflower but with all the other lovely fresh flavours, you wouldn’t even know. Feeling healthier already 🤪💪

Getting prepped for Christmas in July cooking class tomorrow. Had to make a ‘here’s one I prepared earlier’ Pavlova.

Often I’m tempted to add the sugar too quickly, so to slow me down I choose a new technique…

1 spoon of sugar = 1 sip of wine 🍷

It seems to have worked a treat 🤭

My Journey

Funny story... my husband certainly did not marry me for my cooking abilities!!! He’s the cook in the family (well he used to be) and it was actually him who wanted a Thermomix! For three years I put him off, until one day I attended a cooking experience to ‘see what it this machine was all about’. Well, it was love at first sight! And that love continues to grow and grow - just by following the steps on the screen I am producing restaurant quality meals and I still can’t believe it!!!

We moved to Perth shortly after I purchased my Thermomix. I had two small children at the time (5, 2) and the thought of returning back to work, with a husband who travelled a lot, scared me. But the thought of sharing a product that I believed could help people (to improve their health and save time) didn’t, so I joined as a consultant, in a city where I knew no one. That was in 2017 and I am proud to say that I have changed close to 150 peoples lives by introducing them to the Thermomix.

I continue to learn about food, cooking and my Thermomix every day. With this page I hope to inspire others to cook quick, healthy meals for their family just as I have learned to do.
