I’ve been feeling a little out of alignment, not being able to view the moon in the sky the last few nights

This morning, while gazing upward at yoga, there she was 🌘

A movement practice that honoured the soft winding down before my bleed. Slow, intuitive, and deeply listening.

Salsa is just happiness in motion 💃
It’s been so long .. I felt like a total noob stepping onto the floor.
