Would you, or someone you know, benefit from support following a heart attack or cardiac arrest? Heart Foundation has support groups available ❤️

After a heart event, it can be difficult to know where to access support. Knowing how to navigate life after such event can feel extremely isolating for you, your carers, loved ones, and family and friends 💔

This is why we developed our MyHeart MyLife online community.
Delivered via a Facebook group, it can help with ⤵️

👉 Connecting with others who are on a similar journey
👉 Easing feelings of isolation
👉 Sharing information, and asking general advice
👉 Support as you navigate life with a heart condition
👉 Discovering ways to lead a heart-healthy life
