Good old healthy 'fry up' for morning tea today!

How to meal plan and the importance of snacks will be some of the topics we cover in our 9 Week Body Transformation Challenge starting on Monday!

The snacks you choose for your meal plan are dependent on your schedule and where you will be on what day. Some mixed nuts and some fruit may work some days as a grab and go, other days when you have extra time and the weather is cooler a warm snack just hits the spot!

But why should we include snacks in our day if we are trying to lose weight? Well you will just have to join the challenge to learn about it!

Jared Cator shared this little gem during a live on our 6 Week Body Transformation Challenge and I thought I better give it a go since it was just that easy.

Well what a delicious shake! Jared likes it because it tastes like a Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich. It reminds me of a Strawberry Nut Sundae that we would buy from the Ice Cream Truck that drove around the streets.

The less water you use the thicker the shake... I'm sure you could use milk instead but do remember that the calories stay under 300 calories due to using water.

Lots of ice for a thick smoothie and you have a great meal!

Winter is coming...

What a great time to start warming those shakes and enjoying a healthy delicious breakie with Herbalife Nutrition to support your immune system and general health!

When I have extra time on weekends I love to sit and enjoy porridge and my sweet tooth always has me coming back to this recipe!

The oats and the added protein keep you fuller for longer, so no unwanted snacking!

This recipe allows me to eat my shake and still stay under 300 calories for Breakie - Amazing!

Rebuild is the choc protein in our Sports Range, this is for our every day athletes which include parents chasing kids, people house cleaning, gardening and a active work, not just working out. Most importantly it is great to help aches and pains and recovery after exercise.

Winter may be gone, but you still need to support your immune system this Spring. Boost your daily shake by making this mix 🍊🥕👇

1 cup cold water
> 28 grams Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix, French Vanilla
> 12 grams Personalised Protein Powder
> 1 orange, peeled and chopped
> 1 carrot, chopped
> ¼ tsp ground ginger
> 3-5 ice cubes

Blend to mix well.

What a great way to enjoy the warmer months!

We found happiness in a mocktail. Sip on this fat-free, low calorie, energising drink that combines Original Herbal Aloe Concentrate and LiftOff 🍋🍹

1 LiftOff Lemon-Lime flavour sachet
15 ml of Herbal Aloe Concentrate (original flavour)
150 grams of ice cubes
Juice of 1 small lime
1 tablespoon mint leaves
1 teaspoon honey

Place the sachet in a blender with Herbal Aloe Concentrate. Allow it to dissolve, then add in the remaining ingredients and blend well until it's slushy in texture. Tip into a glass and enjoy with a spoon.

Having these foods prepped will help you pull together a balanced meal at a moment's notice:

✅ 2-3 Lean Protein Sources: Protein helps reduce cravings and build muscle. Cooked chicken, ground turkey, tofu and hard-boiled eggs are easy to store and can be added to a variety of meals.

✅ 2-3 Fruits: For nutrients like vitamins A and C, magnesium, and fiber. Excellent for quick go-to snacks.

✅ Dark Leafy Greens: Packed with vitamins, minerals and fiber but low in calories. Great to have for quick salads.

✅ 2-3 Pre-Cut Veggies: Sources of potassium, fiber, folate (folic acid) and vitamins A, E and C. Can be used for side dishes or added to salads.

When it comes to combating stress, what you eat may help relieve your tension. The antioxidants and phytonutrients found in berries, fight in your defense, helping improve your body's response to stress. Make these Frozen Yogurt-Covered Blueberries for a nutritious, stress-relief snack!
Recipe:
🔹️1 cup of plain greek yogurt
🔹️2 spoons of vanilla shake mix
🔹️4 tbsp of orange juice
🔹️1 1/2 cups of blueberries
Mix together and place covered berries on tray. Freeze for 2 hours. Makes 4 servings.
