Yesterday I cried because I saw an old couple holding hands.
Then I yelled at the kettle for taking too long.
Then I laughed until I cried at a dog wearing sunglasses.
…All before 10am.

If you’re wondering what it’s like to feel everything all at once, welcome to perimenopause where your emotions have no chill, and your mascara never stood a chance.

But truthfully?
Feeling this deeply is part of the shift.

What is so unique about what I do?

Hi I’m Jennifer but you can call me Jen!

I think I have the best job in the world; creating beautiful feminine and unique bridal gowns for some pretty awesome girls. I love what I do and I think it shows in the gowns I create and also in the relationships I build with my Brides and their families.

My designs are very classic and inspired by the elegant silhouettes of the 1930’s, 40’s and 50’s. I am very discerning about the fabrics I choose so you are unlikely to find other Bridal companies using the same ones in their designs. This makes my designs unique, a beautiful mix between classic elegance and modern minimalism.

All of my current designs are available Made to Order in standard sizes on my website. Or if you are local to Brisbane or can travel to Brisbane you can meet with me to discus having your chosen JGD gown Made to Measure, which includes several fittings so your gown will feel like a second skin on your big day.
