I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism about a year ago (under active thyroid) I have tried everything from Jenny Craig, to weight watchers and the dukan diet, and they worked for a short time BUT the weight was never consistant and I always went back to my original bigger size if not bigger. So looking in the mirror one day i burst into tears i didnt recognise who i had become so i decided right the
re and then i needed to change, i needed to understand my body, what worked for it, understand what certain foods do and what ultimately worked for me to see results. In 5 months i have now managed to loose 31 kgs, my life has definately changed but I made small changes, I gave up some things but not all. I have played around on recipes, come up with new ones, which i hope you all will enjoy and i am here to offer support and guidance if needed.
