I am a counselor and art therapist. I work on line. Counselling is fundamentally about self care. Some clients see counseling as a way to ensure their well being and mental health. Counseling is the client’s time to be listened to, to experience themselves as they are, without judgment or rejection. Clients benefit with relief from stress and anxiety, so they can take steps towards a more heartfelt life.
I work with women and men who are experiencing difficulties such as panic attacks, PTSD and relationship difficulties. I invite you to work with me on a short, medium or long term basis, ready to leave anxiety, overwhelm and depression behind. Imagine being able to feel your purpose, power and strength as you engage more authentically in a joy filled life.
My style of working includes body awareness and art.
