I did something new. Actually two. I started a Substack where I can share my writings and even yoga and meditation practices. AND...I started a new 6-week journey in the art of Radical Rest. It's called Restoring Rhythm. Eeek. I hope you like it. It's for about the same amount you'd pay for a PT each week but instead of focusing on strength and cardio (which are both super important of course!!) we prioritise E A S E, peace, play and restoration.
WHO'S THIS FOR?

HOW AND WHEN?
14 June - 27 July
We meet weekly on zoom during which learning happens through a somatic structure. This is less about retaining info and more about learning through the power of restorative experiences. Think weekly restorative masterclasses all in the comfort of your home. You just need something to lie on (yoga mat, blanket, towel, carpet), some pillows, warm cosy socks and anything else that makes you feel good.
This is the reset you might need before starting something new yourself x x x
