Love knowledge bombs like this?
double tap and follow for more
___
📌 you'll want to save this for later
____
Poor approaches can lead to muscle loss, poor performance, cravings, evening hunger
Overcompensation from not fuelling workouts or your day (you didn’t recover/mismanaged cortisol)
Cortisol dysregulated from lack of carbs and poor nutrition approach/overexercise

Extra calories sneak in that ALL add up
Especially if you are either a smaller woman, under-muscled, or on

Two women stand in front of the same mirror
Both have achieved their "dream body or dream weight ". ONLY ONE feels truly transformed, the other feels its not enough... doesn't "see it" and battles the same old insecurities.

What's the difference?
One of my clients is a great example of the former...
she came to me the other week after an epiphany from one of my podcasts: "For the first time in my life," she said, "I realized it wasn't about the weight. It was about becoming someone who keeps promises to herself."

many of my clients start noticing how when they let ONE thing slide (like skipping sleep or breaking a promise to themselves), everything else started wobbling too. their energy tanked. their confidence dipped. even their mood with their kids got shaky.

but when they started stacking those wins...

everything. shifted.
it's wild how that works, right?
like, we think we need this perfect body to feel confident... but what if we've got it backwards?
what if it's actually about becoming someone who:

keeps their word to themselves
knows they can handle whatever comes their way
isn't stuck comparing themselves to who they were "5-10 years ago"

because here's what I keep seeing with my clients - once they start focusing on how they want to FEEL instead of just how they want to LOOK... that's when the real magic happens.
they stop being so scared of "losing it all" or self-sabotaging because guess what? they're not just getting results... they're BECOMING someone new.
think about it - what if instead of chasing some number on the scale....
you started chasing how you want to feel?

energized?
confident?
like "yourself" again?
what would change if you started there?

because this journey? it's about becoming your best you. and that starts with one small promise to yourself.

For the days when anxiety or overwhelm hits

When sh*t goes sideways and you're convinced you gotta handle EVERYTHING alone...

It hits hard, doesn’t it?
And I know so many of my clients feel the same way.
Do you?

Let me ask you this:

Pushing yourself 24/7 without ANY breathing room? That's a one-way ticket to Burnout City🚀

Imagine starting a new job where Demands are EVERYWHERE.
You’re thrown into tasks you’ve never been trained for.
You’re put in situations where you don’t feel competent.
You'd be ready to peace out faster than your last Tinder date, right?

Then they hit you with a performance review to critique it all.
How would that go?

Yet, isn’t this exactly how we treat ourselves sometimes?
Piling on unrealistic expectations and demanding perfection at every step.

Perfection is a MYTH.
Chasing it guarantees you'll feel like you're failing EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.

It leaves zero space for:
Being human - Living life - Learning, Growing, Experiencing

everyones perception of "perfect" is different shaped by;
- environment, beliefs, upbringing, experiences

Quick check-in....How's your relationship with:
Yourself?
Your goals?
Your progress?

CONTENT? if not, what are you focusing on that keeps falling short?
Let’s start there.

Imagine breaking that cycle
Having a plan in place for when life gets life-y.
Feeling like you’re moving forward 'cos your perspective shifted.

Want a perspective shift that actually moves the needle?
If you’re committed to becoming your best, most confident self

"I should be able to do this."

Sound familiar? It creeps in when progress feels slow? Holding onto that guilt of what you “should” be able to do keeps you locked in frustration.

In a world where everything looks effortless for everyone else, it’s easy to fall for the illusion. Success and transformation often appear instant and natural. But here’s the reality: most of what you see is as staged as those knockoff bags in tourist shops.

This journey? It’s hard. No sugar-coating, no “just do this one thing” shortcuts. And this isn’t to discourage you... I'm telling you that its NOT meant to be easy. I’m not here to sugar-coat it... just checking your expectations.

Information is everywhere. You have Google, ChatGPT, podcasts, and courses. But just gathering information isn’t enough. Want to build an AI robot? there's info everwhere to get started on that.... could you build one tomorrow? Of course not. Knowledge without action is like having a map without taking the journey.

then you'll get distracted when it gets challenging... or what if there's an error code?

Why is acting on what you know so tough?
Work stress: If your job drains you and your boss is difficult, how could that not impact your energy?
Family things, house work, general stress, BEING HUMAN...

The sheer act of existing brings an orchestra of thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations that can feel overwhelming, especially when those random, embarrassing memories pop up out of nowhere.\

The real struggle isn’t knowing what to do.
its knowing how to fit it into your life, continuing in busy times, and not the constant stop start you get trapped in

Tough doesn’t mean impossible. It means accepting that progress will look different than what you imagined. It’s about adjusting your expectations and taking that next step, however small it might be.

Reset your expectations: This challenge is the process. You’re on the right track.
you just get fooled by social media

Know what sets you back or trips you up

Realise you're human

PSA;!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the results you want to see in 3 months
will probably take you 3 years

THIS IS TO ENCOURAGE YOU
because your progress isn't slow
you aren't doing anything wrong

social media is lying to you
& making you feel like a failure

it just takes time; a lot of it

Those 8-week 'before & after' photos are lying
There are usually YEARS of foundational work underneath
OR the methods were so unsustainable that the results won't last

Nothing amazing was achieved in weeks

Why I keep showing up, even when it’s hard & I don’t wannaMeal prep, logging foods ahead for the week, going to the gym,...

Why I keep showing up, even when it’s hard & I don’t wanna

Meal prep, logging foods ahead for the week, going to the gym, getting your steps
 ya know.. doing the THINGS
youre in a brain war?
I hear you.. you want the results NOW! You want to change!
But sometimes you just don’t wanna even though you want to see progress at the end.

I’ll be the first to admit it: I’m not naturally motivated to go for a run, hit the gym, or prep meals. And I can’t say it’s pure discipline
(I’m still working on that part tbh)
But here’s what I do have: I know how good it feels afterward.
(and I know how I feel if I don’t do it)

It's about how everything falls into place when I make those small, consistent choices. The energy, the confidence that builds, the sense of being in control & trusting I CAN
that ripples into other areas of my life.
Let’s be real. ITS EASIER SAID THAN DONE – well duh everything is. Change is GDAMN HARD which is why YOU need to be patient with yourself and the process

Nutrition change is an emotional journey.
when we’re tired, stressed, or just plain “over it,” it’s all too easy to fall back on our familiar patterns. Those patterns are comforting; they’re effortless, even. But they’re also what keep us in the same place.

So why keep choosing hard when easy is right there? Because I know how much better I feel once I lean into these shifts. The energy from better fuel, the confidence boost when my body responds, the pride in following through – that's what keeps me coming back.

Tips for Building Momentum
1. Start Small: You don’t need to overhaul everything at once.
2. consistency is not aiming for 100% daily. Your 100% looks different at any given moment. Just show up, show up again...
3. Notice the Wins: Pay attention to how you feel after shifting that choice.

In the beginning, change feels slow
but its accumulating. Until you realise when you look back, everythings changed
. And that’s why I keep choosing my hard.

Found an old photo from 2016?

The scariest part about investing in something new
.
There is always the risk it won't work.
this is something I struggled with. fearing my body wont respond

I put in so much work to get to where I was and to not regress

That the fear of perhaps going backwards,
Going back to where I was
My waistline getting worse & only putting on more fat

Stopped me taking action

What if I fail again?
What if I have to somehow do it over

"but I don’t want to grind so much again
I don’t trust myself that I can be in control once I let go a bit"

The issue is that most of you never learnt how to focus
on anything outside of that one approach

Weight loss in itself isn’t even approached the right way?
how about other means of progress?
what about how to KEEP it off?
where to go/what do to next?

Learning HOW to match nutrition to training
to enhance your physique and take it to the next level
WITHOUT food guilt or scale traps

This also applies if you have MORE to lose.
You’ve been already focusing on wanting to lose fat for HOW LONG? We just need to PAUSE that to refocus & repair the damage done.

Your dieting history = a series of cyclones
= creates debris & a lot of mess.. residue

You never really had long enough to rebuild.. it compounded
That residue has to go
How can you live a new life if you still stay clung to the past
if you don't go all in on creating a NEW?
Embrace the rebuild. The flourishing.
The what's on the other side of doing the hard work
to rebuild, replenish & thrive

GO ALL IN to your future best self; it WILL work if you commit
To the process not the product. Products happen from a process.
A planned process.

Imagine a life where you train & eat in a way that FITS your lifestyle
You learn to enjoy vacations, holidays, family time without fearing youll sabotage your progress?
____
This is why im so confident in my coaching. Its not “don’t for you”
Its ongoing, collaborating, auditing.
From where you are, to where you want to be
You have the power to CHOOSE now. Blank canvas.

Don’t allow yourself to stay in a cycle of overwhelm, frustration, regret. Throwing good money after bad money.

Coaching is about keeping you focused; making the changes that WILL snowball.

Its normal to feel fear
It means you know this will be a big change and commitment.
But don't delay in working toward the results you deserve!
How could you NOT hit your goal if you put in the work!?

Building muscle isn't just for "bOdYbUiLding"

You know you want to look leaner
Look sexynaked, have more energy, strength
confidence & FEEL your best
Ramp up metabolism...

Muscle is more than looks, its health & metabolic health
The benefits go on

You won't get bulky by accident
Nor over night let alone a year or 2
It's a painstakingly slow process that requires patience.
SMART training & recovery
SMART nutrition & GRITTY consistency.

THE LEAN TONED & TIGHT, DEFINED LOOK?
Blast STUBBODN FAT?

BUILD MUSCLE
So many women think getting leaner means more reps, sets, training time...
changing training to fat loss training
More dieting
HIIT, tons of cardio, cutting carbs to get where they want to go.

The biggest thing you're missing?
more muscle & strength

The metabolic benefits of building muscle are countless.

If you've been stuck in a cycle of endless dieting
feeling stuck...
Or you've never given yourself LONG ENOUGH INTENTIONALLY focused in building... or matching nutrition to training
Pushing your training potential...

How's that working for you?

Building muscle is hard
Even harder when you don't fuel your body
Dont eat enough protein, neglect sleep & recovery,
Change programs every couple of weeks
& don't have a SMART plan to follow

The body you want has more muscle than you think
It doesnt just appear in thin air.

And don't make it harder than it needs to be.

P.s. Muscle = live longer & reduce your risks of falls & breaking your bones as you age

So... you tell me...wanna build more muscle??👇

4 steps to PERMANENT results

1. Stop focusing on the outputs (only)
Focus on the INPUTS and the quality of them
THEY will change your outputs as a byproduct

Look at the inputs youre putting into the system
Choose the right inputs for the outputs youre trying to get
*Focus on the inputs

→

You get to choose the inputs & lifestyle variables for your desired outputs
Again. The inputs dictate the outputs

2. Calibrate your expectations based on the inputs you put in the system
You CANT pick n choose outputs
.and just get them.
You CAN pick n choose inputs
.and THAT will dictate your outputs

→

3. Build a reward system that serves where you are; so you stay consistent
Have the right focus that helps you feel empowered in your process
Don't get curious looking at the grass on the other side
* Put yourself in a prime position FOR success

Everyone wants all seasons at once
If its snowing, make snow angels and stop complaining its cold
People want to go to the beach in winter

→

4. find benefits for the season/moment youre in
there are always 2 sides. tradeoffs & benefits
find the benefits

goals are great to put in the GPS for a form of direction to Neptune
but systems to get there are KEY to make progress
systems to then help you not revert back to old habits (magnets)

Failure, struggle & frustration happen when you focus on goals...
without putting the time into your systems. mindset, habits, actions

**Stop majoring in the minors & minoring in the majors**

spinning your wheels wondering why your body isn’t changing?

So... 💁You want more energy, right?
To really crush your day, kill it at work, smash those workouts, and still have juice left to be there for your family when you get home.
you're tired of that stubborn body fat clinging on.

You want to look in the mirror and feel that ROCKET of confidence.

Plus, you're over the whole yo-yo healthy eating thing. A few good days, then right back to old habits? tired of that stubborn body fat clinging on and feeling like you're in a spiral with what you want to achieve....

What will your life look like next year if you let your roadblocks win... if you DON'T take [specific] action with a [plan]???
If you keep waiting for that perfect moment nothing WILL change..(spoiler: it never comes)...

it feels like there is no time...
so you want to just get it done. i know..
you're impatient for change

but its easier to stay patient in the process once you empower your mindset & approach.
it becomes EXCITING
You're not just a number on a scale or a before-and-after photo.
because what happens after the "after"?

đŸ€”Have you noticed i sorta look the same in every selfie I take
changes don't happen in the time span we realise....
over time, within each (lets say) 12-16 week block... not much changed... if at all

but over time...its got my body to where it is now
and its maintainable. its my new lifestyle.

đŸ€”but on the flipside; in those "not much changing" there are also days i can feel HUGE or like i gained 5k bc i just feel heavy/puffy
again
not much changed... at all

BUT we notice most about our own bodies
what you wear, colours, etc.... your body looks different in that too!

but once again I'm talking about [selfies]
and that's what we all want... that *confident badass selfie*
NOT your pant size or scale number

they. are. not. the. same

YOU CANT CONTROL THE PROGRESS OR OUTCOME
BUT you can control your inputs
How you show up
Ticking the boxes
Eating mostly whole foods & high protein
YOUR APPROACH & HOW your train!
Managing stress & sleep

If alllll you can fixate on is how you’re not your leanest self
and can’t wait to jump into a cut,
you’re missing out on the main event.
no story, no book. sorry.

Constantly chasing fat loss will keep you spinning your wheels and have you wondering why your body isn’t changing
