Alani Klein from Nourishing Tides Craniosacral is coming to Perth, WA in January and sharing level 1 exploration intensive of Cranial Sacral Training.
I attended training with Alani in Byron Bay & it took my practice to the next level. To be able to listen to the body in a deeper & more subtle way. To slow things down and find pure presence within myself and help my clients to do the same. It made me marvel at the miracle of the human body and have more understanding of the anatomy of the body as a whole. Have you ever been curious to study Craniosacral Therapy ?

This class is the first level of a 18 month (400hr) course , it is designed to either stand alone as an exploration or to continue on a certification training that is recognised through the IICT (International Institute of Complimentary Therapy) allowing students to be recognised and insured as certified Craniosacral Therapists.
The course is 5 days consecutive from 9-5

It is an intensive to deeply dive into the magic of craniosacral therapy, combining both physiological and intuitive approaches .

This is a high-value course for body workers and massage therapists or doulas who want to incorporate more sensitive techniques into their practice. This intensive will also suit anyone regardless of previous experience . There are so many reasons people are drawn to this work including personal development and self care for the nervous system.

I will use different forms of embodiment practices including Qi-gung practise which help open the bodies energy systems and help us experience how we harness movement and stillness in craniosacral work.

You will gain an overview of :
* the bones and muscles of the craniosacral system, their articulations, sutures and role
* the reciprocal tension membrane ( also known as the core link )
* the formation and circulation of the cerebrospinal fluid and the role of the central nervous system.

* Vagus nerve and trauma
* Sacrum and lower back

It will be held from Premalaya in Yallingup. 28th - 31st of July.

There will be limited numbers to 8 students. This will be an intensive & intimate immersion into Lomi Lomi. It will be nourishing, transformational, inspirational & life changing.

Celebrating & welcoming 6 beautiful souls into Heartworks Lomi Lomi level 1.

We had an incredible journey over 4 days, 5th - 8th May. Finishing with a day of ceremony & celebration on Mother’s Day.

It’s a true honour to facilitate Heartworks Lomi Lomi 1 to you all. It’s so much more than learning a massage sequence. It’s learning how to hold space for self, to listen deeply. Applications are open for my next Heartworks Lomi Lomi level 1 Training.

Journeying over four consecutive days, 8am - 5pm each day:

This Training is designed for men & women who want to learn a healing modality or bodywork style with a solid personal development programme. Attention to energetic & spiritual hygiene, becoming a “hollow bone” a clear channel for the infinite healing power of spirit to flow though. Learn Hawaiian principals & knowledge of Polynesia. A sacred guide to navigating life with ease and grace. To gain confidence & be competent in technique of Heartworks Lomi Lomi, Healing the world one massage at a time.

No previous experience is necessary, although Heartworks Lomi Lomi is a powerful modality to add to your offerings if you are already practicing in the health and wellness industry.

The investment for the 4 day Heartworks Lomi Lomi Level 1 Training is $890.
