Last month I had a privilege to run a workshop on mindfulness and breathwork at the English school in Melborne. A very rewarding experience indeed.

My journey has been long and turbulent with various roads I have taken along the way. From living in war as a child to working on myself through reiki, yoga, healing through dance with Michelle Maher, over 10 years of five rhythm dance, 12 years of belly dance practice, theta healing and shamanism to experiencing kundalini awakening in 2009 and discovering ta**ra the same year and dedicating years to this ancient practice that lead me to teachings of Muktananda and Bhagawan Nityananda at Heart of Shiva School (Bud Burber) in Melbourne. In 2014 I had studied for one year full time Clinical Hypnotherapy-Transpersonal approach at Phoenix College, Melbourne. This has open my eye to the power of our subconscious mind that undeniably tremendously influences our sexual expression. As a dancer and as a hypnotherapist, I know that our body holds every single memory that ever happened to us. Unfortunately, many of us carry scars related to our sexuality. By releasing them, we set ourselves free and allow more space in our hearts and more light to shine throughout our soul. By doing this we automatically heal others...Working on our sexual expression and connection with our partners, connections with nature and ourselves, we heal generational trauma between genders. Bringing the sexual gap between genders, healing the trauma between genders-is not our choice, it is our duty towards our daughters and sons and to the world we leave behind.
