FAQ

1. How long will it take for me to complete the whole program?
Please expect each class to be anywhere between 5-20 minutes.
However, this could change depending on your feedback as a founding member.
It’s likely you will receive a few suggested recommended sequences of classes, which could be total of 30 minutes, 60 minutes (or even 90 minutes).
However, each class (5-20 minutes) can stand alone as a complete class when you’re short on time. The main thing is that you’ll find a lesson with varied length of time so that you can definitely find something that fits your busy schedule.
And if you struggle to find 5 minutes, please let me know as well. I’m open to experimenting!

2. What kind of classes will I find inside this program?
This program will have a focus on relaxation, releasing muscular tension, and restoring energy. At this stage, I’m planning on including classes that target specific parts of your body, yin yoga, restorative yoga, deep relaxation, and mindfulness practices. I’m open to including family yoga if there’s enough demand. I understand some parents struggle to find quiet time and need something quick that they can do with their kids. Did you want something else added to the program? Join me as a founding member to tell me what you’d like to see added!

3. I’m a dad. Can I join as a founding member too?
Yes! Any parent is welcome and I’d love to hear from you! This program will be specifically designed for busy parents.


None of this is set in stone.
This is the rough idea I have at the moment.
You as a founding member will help me refine my idea so that we can make sure this program will be easy to use for any busy parent.

This hasn’t happened in 4 years😳I’m so excited😆

I’m writing because I have an idea brewing in my head, and I can’t stop thinking about it!
But it’s really “raw” right now,

I’d love to create a special new program where any busy parent can experience retreat from the comfort of their own home, without having to take the whole weekend away from the family or having to spend thousands of dollars.
We all dream about a special time away to escape the reality sometimes.

But what I learned from 8 years of being a parent is that your health and wellbeing depend on what you do regularly.
Although attending a yoga retreat or silent meditation retreat once a year is a wonderful experience, doing something once a year, or even once a month is not going to give you a long-lasting impact on your wellbeing if you didn’t implement anything outside of that special time.

The secret is in your daily action. And that’s why for the last 4 years, I have been focusing on creating online resources to help you create healthy habits.

I know making time for you is one of the main challenges as a parent especially if you’re a primary carer of your young child(ren), juggling work and family, or caring for your own kids as well as your elderly parent(s) or in-laws.

I don’t wanna create anything that you don’t have time for. And that’s exactly why I’d love you to get involved. I’d like to receive insights from you to help me create something that can be easily incorporated into your busy life as a parent.

This brand-new program will help you…

🧘‍♀️ Feel relaxed & recharged
🧘‍♀️ Reduce stress & overwhelm

Without having to leave your house or spending thousands of dollars.

Like I said, it’s still raw.
But you see the potential right?
The thing is, I can’t do this alone and I don’t have all the answers. Currently, this idea is very rough around the edges. It’s definitely not perfect (yet) and there are many things we still need to work out.

But the vision is there. And that’s why I’d love to extend an early invitation to you. I want you to be part of this... especially if you’re willing to help me shape this idea.
Meaning, if you join me as a founding member and you’re willing to help contribute ideas on how we can make this THE best place to support busy parents in finding calm and reducing stress from the comfort of their own home, I’m willing to extend a very favourable “founding member” offer.

When this program is officially opened to the general public, I anticipate the investment needed to be anything between AUD$55 and AUD$99.

Here’s the best part though…

Join me today as a founding member and your investment will be only AUD$27. To clarify, this will be a one-time payment, and not recurring payment like subscription. And credit card won’t be necessary either.

At this stage, the finished program is unlikely to have an interactive component. Expect the combination of video & audio contents that are anything between 5 minutes and 20 minutes each. It will be something that you can do at your own pace.

So, this is an opportunity to have more interactions with me with the lowest investment.
As I said, all the details for this are not figured out yet. Nothing has officially been created. And I expect some of the best ideas will come from you and others who join me as a founding member.

Once the ideas are refined, and the program is ready, you will be the first group of people to get your hands on the finished product. The goal is to officially launch this on 3rd March 2025.

So between now and then, things will be happening fast and furious based on the ideas flowing back and forth between founding members.

For the last 4 years, I’ve been focused on serving members inside the Mindful Mama Membership. This is the 1st time since I created the membership that I’m coming up with a new program idea. So I don’t know when an exclusive opportunity like this will come around again. It may not happen for another 4 years, who knows!
