We are a NDIS registered service we offer
Support Coordination, a helpful service for people with disabilities who are part of the NDIS,
The main job of a Support Coordinator is to make things easier for NDIS participants.
They do this by working one-on-one with them to understand what their needs are and what goals they have in life.
The Support Coordinator looks at the person's NDIS plan and figures out the best way to use their NDIS plan, for example, they might help the person find local services that can assist them with daily tasks, therapies, or joining community activities or finding STA/Respite services
Support Coordinators are like guides; they know a lot about the NDIS and can explain its rules in simple language.
They also help solve problems that may come up, like if a service isn't working out or if the person's needs change.
The goal of Support Coordination is to make sure that a NDIS participant gets the most out of their NDIS plan and funding.
They help them build skills to eventually handle their NDIS plan on their own. It's all about giving control back to the person, in a way that's clear and easy for them to manage.
If you have coordination of supports in your NDIS plan please reach out to our team to organise a meeting to discuss your plan and goals
Recovery Coaching, an NDIS Recovery Coach is a person who provides support and guidance to those who are dealing with mental health challenges and are part of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Think of them as a dedicated partner in the journey toward mental wellness.
The Recovery Coach gets to know the NDIS participant personally—understanding their specific needs, life circumstances, and mental health goals.
They work closely with each person to create a plan that focuses on recovery. This isn't just about managing symptoms; it’s about building a meaningful and satisfying life despite those challenges.
They aid in navigating the complex mental health system, which can sometimes be overwhelming, helping the individual access the best possible resources and services available to them through the NDIS.
It's not just providing a list of contacts; the Recovery Coach offers practical advice on how to use these services effectively.
Recovery Coaches provide emotional support and motivation. Mental health recovery can be a rollercoaster, and the coach is there to offer encouragement and help the person stay on track towards their goals.
If you have recovery coaching in your NDIS plan please contact our team to organise a meeting to ensure we can help you achieve your goals.
Please note we offer face to face services in South West Sydney, Western Sydney and across Sydney.
We also offer Zoom, Phone and video call services anywhere else in Australia.
