✨ Europe 2025 highlight? Hands down – meeting the incredible Boldijarre, founder of Eminence Organics, in Budapest! 💚
When I planned this trip, I knew one thing: if I came to Europe, I had to visit the Eminence Organics farm in Hungary 🌱. I even wrote them a letter! The farm wasn’t open yet… but then came the surprise of a lifetime. Grace from HQ 🇨🇦 told me Boldijarre himself would be in Budapest and wanted to meet me. I was beyond thrilled!
It made me realise something so special – I’m not just a number to Eminence. They truly value every spa partner, no matter how small. That feeling of being seen and appreciated is something I’ll never forget. 💚🙏
We met at the most charming spot near Buda Castle – a restaurant called Balthazar (yes, same name as him 🤩). Starstruck? 100%! And yes, his skin really does look decades younger 😉✨. From the very start, it felt like catching up with an old friend.
Oliver and I had such a fun afternoon – Boldijarre was warm, hilarious, and so thoughtful (he even gave us his train tickets 🚆💛). He ordered all the Hungarian classics – kebabs, chicken paprikash, dumplings – plus every homemade lemonade. The elderberry? Game changer 🫐🍋.
We chatted about Eminence – from humble beginnings to now in 64 countries 🌍 – and about global warming’s impact on farming in Hungary, a reminder why eco-conscious brands matter. He shared personal stories, travel tips, and so much laughter.
I also gifted him an Aussie care package 🇦🇺 – Tim Tams, macadamia chocolates, and yes… even Vegemite 😂. And to top it all off, we toured the breathtaking Budapest Opera House 🎭.
I left Hungary feeling so happy, grateful, and inspired. Thank you Grace 🇨🇦, my Aussie Eminence family 🇦🇺, and of course the amazing Boldijarre for this unforgettable experience. 🥂✨
