❓ This or That: ❓ Lemon Sorbet or Raspberry Sorbet? Let us know in the comments!

Here are some simple steps on how to make the perfect sorbet this summer, no matter what flavour you prefer:

Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice OR 2 cups fresh frozen raspberries
- 1 cup of water
- 1/3 cup of sugar or honey

Simply dissolve the sugar and water or honey over heat, and once cooled, blend with the fruit until smooth. Chill in the fridge for at least an hour and then pour into a shallow dish and freeze, stirring occasionally for a soft texture. Scoop, serve and enjoy 😋
