Hello, my dear friends,

This is a perfect time to honor and let go of any negative messages that we are still holding onto, from our past experiences. If we keep holding onto these stories, we continue manifesting these negative messages into our reality.

If you want happiness and joy, you need to appreciate what you have learned from those experiences – you honor the experiences – learn from them and move on promising yourself to act better, to react better in the future. By doing so you change the energy of those negative stories into something positive helping you to live a better life both now and in the future.

Gratitude is the key that unlocks the doorway to Happiness.

Hello, my dear friends,

Today, I want to share with you a simple yet profoundly powerful healing hand posture—the ‘Prayer Posture.’

This posture may seem simple, but it holds the key to activating your heart energy and the powerful energy of gratitude. The moment your hands come together, the energy channels in your body realign, directing energy toward your chest and calming any scattered thoughts or tension.

INHALE. Take a gentle bow, bending at the knees, and let your heart overflow with gratitude for all the beautiful things in your life.

EXHALE. Stand tall, feeling the energy return to your body.

Even just 1-2 minutes of this practice can make a difference, but for the greatest benefit, aim for 5-10 minutes. And if you add a focus on your breath or meditation, the transformation will be even more profound.

This practice is especially powerful in the morning, as it helps to:

👉 Set the tone for a day filled with happiness, joy, and success
👉 Replenish your energy, giving you a boost for the day ahead
👉 Strengthen your spine, which is closely connected to vitality and headaches
👉 Recharge your kidney energy, supporting your overall health

Practice this connection: 🙏 Bring your hands together. Quiet your mind and open your heart. Call upon the energy you believe in with pure love and trust.

How do we move beyond simply asking for help to truly receiving it?

Many of us, in moments of great need, instinctively call on a higher power—be it God, Buddha, Jesus, etc, the energy of our ancestors or whom ever your master is. The Qigong path teaches that the key to connection isn't just in the asking, but in the surrender.

To truly connect to this omnipotent universal energy, you must open yourself with pure love, keen gratitude, and complete trust. It's about more than words; it’s an energetic alignment. When you call upon your master's energy, do so with your whole heart, allowing that loving energy to surround you completely. This is how you connect to the "website" of the universe and receive guidance, information, and pure, healing energy.

To prevent energy loss, always keep your back and neck warmly covered when you’re outside in the cold. Layers that protect these areas help retain essential warmth and ensure your body’s energy flows smoothly and stays balance. ❄️

On the Chinese calendar, November 7th marks a special date. November 7th is when winter energy begins, and then on December 6th, Winter Energy becomes dominant

As winter sets in, plants pull their energy inward, storing strength in their roots in preparation for spring. Just as nature conserves energy, this season calls us to focus on building our own reserves and generate warmth by strengthening our kidney energy, the core source of warmth, vitality, and longevity.

This season’s colder temperatures can easily deplete our energy, so simple yet powerful practices can help you stay warm from within and preserve your strength.

There are many simple things you can do for your physical body now that will help you strengthen and protect your kidney energy and vitality.


👉 Drink plenty of fluids, especially warm fluids, such as warm water or tea. In the Five Element theory, water is the element of winter.


👉Keep your back covered and warm whenever you go out in the cold.
A key way to nurture kidney energy is by giving special attention to your back and legs. The bladder channel, which runs along the back, contains many energy points that connect directly to the kidneys. When the back is exposed to cold, it can drain kidney energy, impacting not only the kidneys but also the lungs and liver.

To prevent energy loss, always keep your back and neck warmly covered when you’re outside in the cold. Layers that protect these areas help retain essential warmth and ensure your body’s energy flows smoothly and stays balance.

In any disagreement, do you aim to win or to connect? Taoist wisdom reminds us that in arguments between partners, family, or colleagues, there are no real winners. Fighting to prove a point only creates distance.

Instead of reacting, first look inward. Are you leading with genuine love and trust? Are you creating space for the other person's perspective, even if you disagree? True strength lies not in forcing your view, but in allowing others room to reflect and find their own understanding. When you release the need to be right, you open the door for the relationship to deepen.
