I'll be honest — the more I do this work on myself, the more it almost startles me.

The more aligned I get internally, the more clearly the outside world responds. The right people arrive. Conversations happen at the exact right moment. Decisions I'd been overthinking for months suddenly feel obvious. Things I'd been pushing towards start moving on their own.

I know how this sounds. But I've stopped trying to explain it away because it keeps happening — and I see it in my clients too.

This isn't about manifesting or magic. It's about what becomes possible when your nervous system is no longer running on survival mode. When your body stops spending all its energy managing threat signals and starts operating from a place of genuine regulation and connection.

You have more capacity than you think. You're just using most of it to stay safe, not to actually live.

Mowgli the cat, Indie the dog, two daughters with "very urgent" needs, and one business call — all in the same week I was trying to record a podcast solo episode.

I finally got it recorded. And then my body said no.

Not a thought, not a logical reason — just a felt sense that this wasn't it. So I scrapped the whole thing, went back to the drawing board, recorded something completely different, and it felt right immediately.

The first concept? I actually loved it intellectually. But my body knew something my mind didn't.

This is what I guide my clients through — not just in their health, but in how they live. Learning to feel the difference between what looks right on paper and what actually feels right in the body.

This might sound a little out there, but after 16 years of working with people — I've stopped being surprised by it.

Every client who sits with me carries something I've lived. The exhaustion that looks fine from the outside. The disconnection that crept in so slowly you didn't notice until you couldn't remember what it felt like to feel good. The moment you stopped trusting your body and started overriding it instead.

I've been in all of those places. More than once.

It used to make me feel vulnerable. Now I understand it's what makes the work precise. I'm not applying a protocol to your experience — I remember the feeling from the inside. That changes everything about how I can guide you.

You did everything right. You found your dosha, you read everything about it, you adjusted your eating and your routine and your lifestyle to match. And something still feels off.

This is one of the most common things I see, and it makes complete sense once you understand the distinction Ayurveda actually makes between your constitution and your current state.

Your Prakriti is your natural baseline — who you are when you're in balance, the blueprint you were born with. This never changes.

Your Vikriti is what's happening in your body right now — the imbalance that's accumulated through stress, season, life stage, the way you've had to live. This changes constantly.

Most people discover their Prakriti and follow that advice indefinitely, even when their Vikriti is asking for something completely different. A naturally grounded Kapha constitution can be running a Vata imbalance — scattered, anxious, depleted — and all the Kapha-balancing advice in the world won't help, because it's not what the body needs right now.

Your body isn't wrong, and you haven't failed at this. You've just been responding to a label instead of listening to what's actually present.

My eating philosophy:


  • I don’t believe in counting calories, deprivation or restriction in any kind, instead I believe in self-care, kindness, inspiration and nourishing your body with delicious wholefoods. I know that restricting foods, certain food groups or calories is not sustainable and once we start putting certain foods, food groups or calories back in the diet which we eventually will have to, we will unfortunately put on more weight than before (yo-yo effect) or even worse start a mental and physical on and off dieting cycle, which is neither fun nor healthy 📷

  • I believe that no one diet fits it all but that we are all different and that it is a matter of finding out which foods your body really thrives on.
