To continuously provide high-quality care for our community, from the 1st of July 2024, our practice will start mixed billing, which means we will continue bulk billing all children 16 years old and younger, valid concession card holders, and seniors older than 65 years old. All the other group patients will need to pay an extra out-of-pocket gap fee on top of Medicare fees for each consultation including telehealth.
Please note we will still bulk bill the consultations in some special circumstances, such as wound review/care after skin surgery, vaccination,
chronic disease care plan, health assessment, etc. as soon as the patients have no other additional issues need to consult doctors.
Some other our services have private fee charges too, such as ECG, plaster, urinalysis, urine pregnancy test, blood sugar check, ear syringe, skin glue, wound sutures, Implanon insertion/removal, etc.
