MegaGlow Yoga classes are based on a system of movement that combines breath with posture. Yoga can improve circulation, increase joint mobility, enhance core strength and most importantly teach the art of mediation. There are so many demands placed upon us with work, family and social commitments, that sometimes we struggle to give ourselves the time we need to feel the beauty and richness of lif

e. Through yoga we connect more deeply with ourselves and with the world around us. This sense of connectedness is not as far away as it often seems, and can be easily accessed and maintained with a regular yoga practice. You don’t need to be flexible. Or strong. Or know yoga.
That’s not what Reconnect & Begin is about.

This course is designed to meet you exactly where you are—whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the very first time, or easing back in after a break.

And if you do have experience? It’s a beautiful way to start gently, with a little more context and care.

There’s no pressure to perform, no need to “keep up.” Just time, space, and guidance to reconnect with your body, your breath, and yourself.

We begin in less than a week, and I’d love to share this journey with you.

🌿 5 Yoga Poses to Explore as a Beginner 🌿

Starting yoga and not sure where to begin? Here are five poses that help build strength, balance, and confidence in your practice—whether you’re brand new or looking to refine the basics.

✨ Triangle Pose (Trikonasana) – A great way to stretch your legs, open the side body, and improve stability.
✨ Wide-Legged Twist (Windmill Pose) – This gentle twist helps release tension in the spine while working on flexibility and coordination.
✨ Twisted Balance – A simple but effective way to build strength and focus as you explore balance.
✨ Headstand Preparation – Getting upside down can feel intimidating, but this prep pose helps you develop the foundation for headstands with control and confidence.
