Hello beautiful Soulistic Living Souls. Emma here from the shores of Bail with a message for you all.

One of my well known mantras... 'The only moment that truly exists is NOW', and most of you know that our family has been immersed in the NOW here in Bali and all this lifestyle has to offer.

When moving here the beautiful Dale family moved into our amazing Palmwoods home /studio.

Unfortunately our visions didn't work out and the Dale family moved back to their beach side home.

After many days of discussions, Tav and I decided that we are going to sell this magical piece of heaven on earth and give another family the incredible opportunities that we had to do wonderful life changing things in Australia.... whilst we focus on all the amazing opportunities here in Bali.

We do not envisage coming back to Australia in the near future and as the saying goes... No one can ever love or care for a home like the home owners. It is our hope that a like minded family buys this piece of paradise and continues to share all that it has to offer.....

The next part of this message relates to Soulistic Living and what we envisaged it to be upon its creation. There have been so many amazing people who have meandered down the beautiful path and through our awakening centre's nurturing doors. It is your beautiful souls that has made Soulistic Living what it is today. I want to honour you and continue to nurture your commitment to self ... Even if it is from afar and if this is something that interests you.

I have decided to bring Soulistic Living with me to Bali and begin to spread its wings over here....

In the new year it is my 2018 plan to commence a healing/awakening blog and will record my yoga/meditation/sound healing that I do here on my own at our beautiful villa and will upload them to YouTube or something similar.

Individual yoga practice with Frankie Tarver (60 mins) 🌿
& weekly group practice

Additional 1-2 weekly group practices 🌿

Terms are 10 weeks and align with school terms. These are small personalised groups so there is no casual attendance except during the New Year holiday period. Of course you are welcome to come along & try before you commit.

Cost includes a yoga shala contribution for use of the space including showers and yoga studio kitchen, tea and coffee. Alternative energy exchange options may be available.

Individual yoga practices/clinical yoga sessions can be used for personal practice development, yoga therapy, teacher training supervision, and referral to other self care retreat services.

We now have our Lotus Belle tent all decked out for you to come and retreat to. So if you are looking or needing some 'you' time, or time with your partner, come and stay with us!

We have a number of different packages as well as incorporating what our studio already offers; including a FAR infra-red sauna in a private courtyard with a large stone bath that you can soak in at the end of a treatment whilst looking at the sky through the lush rainforest!

Take part in an exclusive yoga class or request a massage. Immerse yourself in nature and take a rainforest meditation walk. Enjoy a session or two with our Pulsed Energy Replenisher (PEMF PER 2000). We can also include your meals (vegetarian & vegan options)

Hello beautiful people! My first post from the shores of Beautiful Bali.... our adventures begin and i am very much looking forward to sharing in this continued awakening journey with you all.

I have been following the amazing things Tanya, Frankie and Narayani are creating at the Soulistic Living Yoga and Awakening Centre. I am so grateful to have these amazing women nurture and tend to this already amazing space. Its like watching a magnificent spring garden grow. Sunrise and sunset yoga looks absolutely divine.

I am already planning a trip back for a retreat next year as Tanya plans for one in Bali. So many amazing times ahead.

Honour yourselves. Allow time for your practice & personal growth. Most importantly do what makes your heart sing and soul dance.

I am happy.

I am filled with deep compassion & kindness.
