I’m excited to share that I’ve begun training as an Ayurveda Lifestyle Consultant, building on my long-standing interest in yoga, health science, and integrated approaches to wellbeing.

Ayurveda offers practical tools for balance — in body, mind, and daily life. This complements my current work in career coaching and private yoga adding new depth to how I support women through change, transitions, and growth.

I’m also studying/reading/ experiencing teachings of Krsna with the Bhagavad Gita.

This evolution is about weaving ancient wisdom into modern practice — and enhancing the value I bring to the world.

I will be looking to bring this to life in 2026, January and will need clients to work with during training to support my learning so watch this space!

Supporting Women to Reconnect, Restore & Flourish 🌿

It's been a while so I thought I would reintroduce myself to my community. Hi, I’m Nic – a caring, real bodied and passionate Yoga Teacher offering heart-led practices to support women through life’s transitions. I’m so glad you’re here ✨

I work with women in their 40s and 50s, creating a welcoming space to reconnect with your body, breath, and inner self. Through traditional yoga practices—gentle movement šŸ§˜ā€ā™€ļø, breath regulation (pranayama) šŸŒ¬ļø, meditation, and deep rest—I help you cultivate calm, clarity, and resilience. Whether you’re navigating change or simply seeking time to nourish yourself, these practices offer a powerful path back to balance 🌸

Rooted in the teachings of classical Hatha yoga, I came to Yoga in my early 30’s, retrained in my late 30’s and now in my mid 50’s, I have expanded my approach which is also inspired by my interest in the Sivananda, Bhakti path and Kṛṣṇa consciousness šŸ•‰ļø. I’ve studied some Vedic pranayama and yogic philosophy in traditional ashram settings, and these devotional teachings continue to guide both my personal and professional journey šŸ’«

I offer private yoga sessions (in-person from the Healing Space in Cygnet or my private bush location – Pickers Hut Yoga and Herbery in Lymington, and also online), women’s gatherings, and soulful retreats in beautiful, natural settings. Over the years, I’ve taught at festivals, had my own studio in Townsville (Sundara Yoga), practiced yoga in ashrams have been honoured to host women on retreats in Townsville, Mission Beach, Bali, Panama, and here in the Huon Valley, Tasmania šŸƒ, where I’m now based. These immersive experiences are designed to offer rest, connection, and gentle body mind awareness.

My practice is informed by 12 years of Yoga teaching experience in holding space for others, herbalism 🌺, seasonal wisdom, and a deep reverence for nature and spiritual practice. Every session I share is a heartfelt invitation to return to yourself.
