☝ In 2024, providing workplace mental health support services is an essential organisational requirement given the introduction of the Model Code of Practice on Managing Psychosocial Hazards at work in 2023, and that the most recent evidence suggests that at least 1 in 6 of your employees is currently experiencing a mental health issue.

This means that it is in the interests of your organisation to ensure appropriate mental health training for managers and that effective workplace mental health support services and processes are in place.
