💦 Since the early 2000s, Rob has led a dedicated research and development team in the science of structured water. These efforts delivered a series of prototype devices for household, agriculture and industry market testing.

💧In 2010, global water structure scientists challenged Rob to develop technology that permanently structured water into an energised, life-affirming form. In 2012, Rob achieved what he proudly describes as ‘the holy grail of water’.

🌏 One of the most significant barriers to health is the degradation of the Earth’s water sources due to storage, pollution and chemical treatment.

💧Inspired by local rivers and waterfalls, Rob has brought together two natural phenomena to invent MEA Water®:

🤩Rob’s shade house is full of winter colour. Check out his pretty Pink Rock Orchard, Dendrobium kingianum. This hybrid Australian native is known for its hardiness and vibrant blooms.

As its name suggests, it grows on rocks – lithophyte – but can also be found on trees – epiphyte.

🩷It’s more than just pretty, the Pink Rock Orchard also has a sweet floral fragrance.

In this week’s newsletter, ‘The Whole of Life Journey’, Rob helps us to better understand the heart by starting at the beginning of human life.

❤️‘I remain on a journey of learning about heart function and disentangling just about everything I was taught in university biology about the heart. I was essentially taught that the heart was just a glorified pump, and it squeezes and pushes blood like some crude mechanical device or hydraulic engine made of flesh. It is now clear to me that the heart is the supreme energy interface to human life, and the medical story of the heart is false’, - Rob Gourlay

The PHI’ON group of research, trading and business development companies are in the pristine Mongarlowe Valley and on the equally pristine Mongarlowe River, in the Southern Tablelands of NSW. This 43-hectare property has naturally clean air, soil and water.

PHI’ON products have been developed by Robert Gourlay’s group of research companies since 2003. This research development aimed to produce nutrient dense products and structured (negatively charged) water that supports the human body’s natural capacity to regulate and heal. That is, PHI’ON made products are foods in a liquid and bioavailable form.

The PHI’ON philosophy is that quality (nutrient dense) food and water is the pathway to a healthy system. Our primary role in business is to educate people on how to live a healthier and longer life without disease and expensive health costs. We are simply providing people with an alternative to other products on the market.

Robert and Stephanie Gourlay have dedicated over 20 years to the research and development of Phion products.
