Our caring staff, Karen and Chris, have 10 years' experience in all aspects of the funeral industry from arranging funerals, conducting as a funeral celebrant and liaising with other organizations to name a few. Karen is fully qualified mortuary technician, who did her training in Brisbane under one of Queensland's top embalmers so we can provide the best service possible to make a peaceful, final goodbye. Karen has lived in the CQ area all her life while Chris moved to emerald 21 years ago and together with the guidance of the owner Carol Phillips, who herself has been in the funeral industry for over 40 years, will strive to give your loved ones the very best, tailored and dignified funeral that they deserve.
