I'm a mum and wife first and foremost to a husband and three lovely children. I've lived and breathed everything health for over 20 years. In 2014, I attained a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutritional Medicine, marking a significant milestone in my educational journey. Fish oil's or Omega-3 fats are an unsaturated fatty acid, they are essential to our health as they cannot be made within our body. The reason they are so good for us is because of that 'unsaturation' meaning, chemically there is double bond in its chain (at the 3rd carbon atom). However due to this double bond, the unsaturated chain can be high reactive and can easily turn rancid if not stored properly.
