As with any self-development plan, it is always advisable to be consistent and to aim to make it part of your life.

👉 What equipment do I need?
✅ The only equipment you will need is some headphones, pillows, blanket, loose clothings.

✅ A remote coaching plan will serve you as it will enable you to control your own journey and to ensure you are getting exactly what you need, at any time.

When there is no time to attend a yoga class then the practice is to bring yoga off the mat and in everyday random moments, tasks, breaths, gaze, touch.
As mum, we get pulled in many directions all at once at times...
to prioritize in the midst of chaos is sometime impossible.
The practice of shifting focus on the inner world... randomly in the real world and choosing presence on a given moment...it's a practice that can help us find that PAUSE when we really need it.

I have been pacthing up big holes on my daughter's pants. With very basic sewing skills and from really rugged up pants a new style organically came out. A piece of art out of pants I was ready to through away.

It was very satisfying and out of it came some amazing insight about how also the wounds of the heart could be transformed in art.
The pain cannot be cancelled, however through the acceptance and the allowing of old trauma and hurt, we can turn the wounds of the heart into new perspectives and experiences that enrich our present with more joy and love.
