Wellbeing Wednesday 🌿
You can’t pour from an empty cup.
So let me ask you… How full is your cup right now?
Many of us spend so much time giving to others — family, work, friends and responsibilities — that we forget to take care of ourselves. But when your cup is empty, eventually your body will let you know.
Feeling constantly tired 🥱, run down 🤧, overwhelmed or stressed 😩 are often warning signs that your body and mind need more care and attention.
When we ignore these signs and keep pushing through, it can eventually lead to burnout, anxiety, or ongoing health issues.
Looking after yourself isn’t selfish — it’s essential if you want to live your Dream Life.
When your cup is full, everything in life flows better.
You have more patience, more energy, clearer thinking and you show up as your best self for the people around you.
Your well-being is the foundation for your health, relationships, purpose and even the abundance you create in your life.
So today, take a moment and ask yourself:

Maybe it’s:
🧘 Yoga or meditation to calm your nervous system
🌿 Practising mindfulness and slowing down

🌊 An ocean swim
☕ Coffee or lunch with a friend
🎬 Watching a show or a night at the movies 🍿
🏡 A relaxing weekend in the countryside
💪 Gentle exercise to move your body
And if you’re feeling really overwhelmed:
💕 Take a mental health day
💕 Ask your family for help at home
💕 Reach out to someone you trust
💕 Speak with your GP or a health professional
