So proud of my gorgeous high-school friend, who is one of the Artist in Residence. Her studio is just ‘delight-FULL’ and her effervescent and gorgeous personality is totally captured in her work! We’ve been here 20 mins and two pieces just walked out the door!

What do YOU think about this? Is Mark Twain onto something here? I'm curious....have you had that second day yet? Love to hear about it.....
I don't remember it being a moment for me, rather, a slow dawning over a couple of years. And you know what, it turns out it was something I knew from a young girl. I had just forgotten....and it was slow because I had some changes to make in my beliefs around me first. Anyone relate? I'm on a mission now to help others figure it out - young or old, I have faith that together we can figure it out. x

Do you hear it? Is it stirring in you? It's your call. Your call to something bigger than you can even know. Something greater than you can even imagine. Took this photo as I was walking yesterday and found myself looking down as I went to step up on to the curb. The words remind me that there’s No Stopping on this path of getting real about our true identity and what we’re called to become and do. Here’s one of my favourite quotes. Where are my fellow procrastinators at?
How often do we dream bigger than what we're prepared to actually do? Or, can't do because we're overwhelmed by the D.E.T.A.I.L.
Argh! 🤨
Here's the thing....It's always baby steps that create momentum. The big ones take too much energy and take too long to recover from! And sometimes we just don't! 😒

So, note to self....
'Keep. It. Simple, Self.'😁😁😁

Grateful for the opportunity to have a flexible work life! Today is Coaching day and whilst I might sometimes attend my coaching appointments in jeans and sneakers (CEO directive!!), today felt like a dressy day!

And, there’s joy is in silk tops and flowy pants, right!!?!
