Getting a Massage? Here’s What Your Therapist Needs to Know 💬

Massage isn’t one-size-fits-all. To get the most out of your session (and stay safe), make sure to speak up about:

✨ Health conditions or past injuries
✨ Any pain, tension, or sensitive areas
✨ Medications you’re taking (yes, it matters!)
✨ Your pressure preference, too much or too little? Say so!
✨ What you want out of the session (relaxation, pain relief, etc.)
✨ Comfort needs like music, room temp, or extra draping

And most importantly: If something doesn’t feel right, tell your therapist. You’re in charge of your body and your comfort.

Communication = better results + a better experience. 💆‍♀️💯
