There’s nothing quite like a morning yoga practice. There’s a precious stillness, a special kind of quiet that sets up the day with intention and space.
Perhaps that’s why we’ve had so many yogis in our community ask for the return of morning classes over the last few months. So… we’re bringing them back!
Join us on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings at 6.30am for mindful movement at your home away from home. All levels are warmly welcomed, whether you’re completely new to yoga or deepening your practice.
If you’re thinking of joining us, we ask that you sign up to the class ahead of time. Early bookings help us confirm the class and ensure it can go ahead, which supports the studio and the teachers 🤍
