2. Hundreds - (challenging ball placement )
3. Scissors with - ( Added eye hand coordination)
4. Side lying hip work -( External & Internal rotation)
5. Roll over flow - ( Challenge added with the ball)
6. Prone single to double arm raises.
7. Kneeling thoracic rotation.
8. Over the ball spinal and rib cage mobilizer.

Here I present my inner thigh & outer thigh workout utilizing the miniband.
