There are no mistakes in life only choices we make and the experiences we have.

Forgiveness is the key to releasing emotional pain and energy which is no longer worth carrying

Task for today:Take a deep, slow breath in and allow the weight of past worries to rise with it. Then release it all with a long, open-mouthed exhale—a sigh of freedom and relief.
