A big thank you to the Ringwood Social Committee for generously donating these beautiful bench seats for our patients and visitors to use while waiting for transport.

The benches were thoughtfully crafted and delivered by the talented members of the local Ringwood Men’s Shed. We truly appreciate your support and community spirit!

Biggest Morning Tea celebrations are taking place at Ringwood today and what an amazing feast!

Our amazing staff have baked, prepared and purchased some wonderful treats to raise money for the Cancer Council Australia.

Please make a donation today to help raise money for this wonderful organisation that we all hold so close to our hearts.

Today as we celebrate International Nurses Day here at Ringwood Private Hospital, we would like to take a moment to say a big thank you to each and every one of you!
To our incredible nurses — your care, compassion, and dedication is inspiring. And to all our amazing staff across every department — thank you for the role you play in supporting each other and our patients every single day.
Fiona Corbet (Acting DON): In my short time here at Ringwood, I have witnessed the Healthscope values of “We Care, We Do, We Strive and We are a Team" in action each day from every department, and I am very proud to be part of the team here.
To show our appreciation, we’ve put together some gift bags for you to enjoy. There is one for every member of staff so please ensure you grab yours.
There’s also plenty of food and goodies available for every shift, so no matter when you’re working today, there’s something tasty waiting for you.

It's Patient Experience Week 2025! This annual event celebrates healthcare staff impacting patient experience every day. Today, we're proud to share our average Net Promoter Score for all of 2024, which is a measure of patients' willingness to recommend our hospitals to their family or friends. We believe this is a measure of trust.
An NPS higher than 80 is considered world class.

We are delighted to share that we have reached an in-principle agreement with the Australian Health Service Alliance (AHSA) that ensures its members continue to be covered when attending one of our hospitals.

This agreement means AHSA fund members will not need to pay any additional fees.

We're pleased to announce that today we have confirmed a new two year in-principle funding agreement with Bupa.

The agreement will ensure that Bupa patients can continue to receive care and treatment at our hospitals across the country without any additional out of pocket charges.

This agreement will give certainty to our staff, doctors and Bupa customers.

We're looking forward to continuing our partnership with Bupa, working together to deliver outstanding patient care and collaborating on initiatives to support the long term sustainability of our sector.

Healthscope now has new agreements with four of Australia’s five major insurance groups – Bupa, Medibank, NIB, HCF. Our notice of contract termination with the Australian Health Service Alliance (AHSA) funds remains in place, effective from 4 March 2025.
